Cancellation Policy
Because this offering is a multi-session container, the policy differs slightly from single-session bookings: You may cancel for a full refund if done at least 24 hours before your first live session. After this point, the container is considered active and non-refundable. You may reschedule your live opening session or your Closing Talk Session once with at least 24 hours’ notice. If canceled or rescheduled under 24 hours, the session will be completed remotely (or closed remotely for the Closing Talk Session) unless it was a genuine emergency and you reach out within 48 hours of the scheduled time. In that case, one reschedule is allowed. No-shows (no communication before the session) are treated the same as late cancels and will be completed/closed remotely. Remote clearing sessions are not rescheduled since they are completed energetically. 💻 The website allows you to cancel or reschedule your first live session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. 💌 If you need to reschedule within 24 hours or have any questions, please reach out via email at info@lovesmagick.com.
